Standard one-bedroom apartments are comprised of one bedroom with twin beds, a separate living room with kitchenette and a bathroom. Facilities in all standard one-bedroom apartments include twin beds, showers/bathtub, WC, extra beds(sofa bed or folding bed), dining table with 4 chairs, a coffee table with one or two sofas or one sofa and two armchairs, kitchenette with full cooking facilities, electric ceramic hob, microwave oven or electric oven, refrigerator, tea & coffee making facilities, individually controlled air-conditioning in bedroom, heating, direct telephone line, satellite TV, safe deposit box and balcony/terrace with a table and chairs.

Maximum capacity for these rooms is 4 persons with the third and fourth bed being two sofa beds or a sofa bed and an extra bed.
